What are "Breathe With" events?

Glad you asked! “Breathe With” events are LIVE events 1-2 times a month featuring World Breathwork Masters and are exclusive to the ICFB!

“Breathe With” events are FREE for ICFB members. Non-members may purchase a ticket or they can join the ICFB and attend for free.

We record the talks and sessions and share them in our on-demand library. The Q+A sessions at the end are not recorded as they are special bonuses for people who attend the LIVE session. This is done to encourage LIVE participation and the energy that comes with groups of people breathing together.

As we have members from over 100 different countries, we rotate times of the Members Exclusive events to hit all the time zones. We know that this means that sometimes the event isn’t convenient for you. And we wish we had one time that worked for everyone on the globe but that’s just not possible! We hope you understand that we want ALL of our members to have times to join us and breathe together.

Our extensive archives with on-demand availability means there is plenty for everyone!

How do I see The Breathing Festival?

The Breathing Festival 2021 archives are available to ICFB members and accessible through your Members Area page (you must be an active, logged-in member to view)

What's the difference between the festival and the membership?

The Breathing Festival is our flagship event that happens in February.

The International Center for Breathwork membership program is our year-round membership giving access to the many benefits listed on the membership page including:

On-demand viewing of The Breathing Festival 2021, Global Breathwork Leaders and Breathe With replays
LIVE “Breathe With” events

WBWR Breathwork Radio

How much does all this cost?

We want to make breathwork accessible to as many people as possible from all around the world.

ICFB Inaugural Membership is ONLY USD$11/month or USD$111/year.

Rates will INCREASE and Membership categories will CHANGE in late 2021.

All current members who join BEFORE the increase will stay at their introductory membership rate including FULL ACCESS for as long as you keep your membership current.

What is breathwork?

Breathwork is lots of different things to different people. Our primary definition includes breath awareness, which is paying attention to your breath, and conscious breathing, which is breathing in a particular pattern designed to help you change your mind-body state. Our presenters and practitioners teach a variety of different kinds of breathwork.
